respecting Vanagonite would be seen without one.

Hello one and all,

I made a trip to the Park & Recreation Department today to check for
availability of a site for the 2003 Van-O-Rama. The folks were super
friendly and
within a few minutes, identified our event from last year's file.

Anyway, I was told we could have the same spot and have double the number of
spots. We have 40 parking spaces reserved. I've already underwritten the
very
meager expenses so the event is still free (except for Mike Miller).

So if you are not doing anything on:

San Francisco

Pmail me if you need any further information or would like to volunteer you
time. I will put up a simple webpage in a week or two detailing directions
and
location for the event. Reminders will be coming at you every now and then
via
the various lists I am subscribed to.

Suggestions are encouraged and welcomed <unless you are pensioner or Mike
Miller ;) >

We need someone to take "people photos" we had lots of technical PICS from
last year (thanks to Pitchit). But the person I expected to take other PICS
was
unable to attend. We can also use some sort of equipment (crime tape or??)
to
cordon off a section of the parking lot. Traffic and clean persons may be
needed as well.
