I tried bleach, West Marine mold cleaner, vinegar.  The mold was dulled
but not removed.  I think I've got permanent staining and as such was
thinking of removing the pop-top to kill mold and rinse well, then dye
the fabric.

Any suggestions for dyeing, types of dyes?
