Mine leaked a little too when I got it. I tried a new O-ring. It still leaked. My sensor looked cracked, so I replaced it. Still leaked. Closer inspection revealed some tiny cracks in the tank itself, near the sensor. If I mopped up the coolant, and watched with a bright light while the engine warmed up I could see the coolant slowly ooze out of several *tiny* cracks in the tank and run down into the low spot where the sensor is. Replaced tank. No leaks. Inspect everything closely before you buy anything... Steve
