The 4233 is a standard single tip platinum. The 4477 quad tip which many
used is actually a replacement for the W7D plugs. The difference is the
projection into the combustion chamber.

According to http://www.boschusa.com/AutoParts/PartFinder/partfinder.asp
I get this for my '88 2.1L
Part Number Description Where to Buy
4233 PLATINUM PART / MV; Gap=.030 Locate Retailer
WR7CP PLATINUM PLUG / MV; Gap=.030 Locate Retailer
7598 SUPER PART / MV; Gap=.030 Locate Retailer
W7CC0 O.E. SPARK PLUG / MV; Gap=.030 Locate Retailer
W7CC SUPER PLUG / MV; Gap=.030 Locate Retailer
It's not clear if the #4233 is a +4, but I suspect it is. I'm using the
WR7CP now, which
has a single electrode.
FWIW, they list all the same plugs for the 1.9L engine, except with a
gap of 0.028...
