Yes, the trick is fluorescent dye in the oil and black light. Short of that, you have to get the thing in the air, spend three times the effort to clean all the niches and crannies, then start the motor and run it for 10 seconds and watch intently till you see the first drop, wipe it off again, restart, watch again a little higher, repeat until the source is reduced to certainty. No short cuts, pull the lower covers and clean there as well. You will need excellent lighting and mirrors on telescoping sticks to see everywhere.
