The odds on adjusting inside the AFM and getting good mixture is almost nil without monitoring the co at all rpm's under load with an exhaust gas meter at the port ahead of the cat if you got one, at the tailpipe if you don't. The EASY fix, no matter how hard you have to work for the money, is to replace it with a new AFM, then adjust co with an exhaust gas meter.
