Greetings List

Just wanted to share that we installed the headlamp relay setup and extra wattage lamps. (These are the ones available from listmembers and familiar vendors) Along with new 80/100w main lamps, and 100w high beams, and *whoa*, between that and having the correct headlamps (we had two LH's when we started) we found them to be as good as our old 850 turbo. And those lights were awesome (The volvo has been our benchmark).

I just aligned them against a wall, 25' ahead of the front of the bus. Measured the centerline of the height, and marked it on the wall with chalk. Then measured the horizontal centerline, and marked it there on the wall two, like two X's. Then tried to align them so they hit a little bit to the lower right quadrant of the x's drawn, to avoid blinding people.

The brights are so bright, that it will be really important not to blind another car, so we will try to use them with respect.

Thanks for all the wonderful research information available on the web, and hope this contributes.
