Subject: Twilight Zone?
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I know it's not Friday but funny things can happen on Tuesday too!

I was driving in the Jetta home from the morning walk on the beach, when just a few blocks from home the road was blocked by a police car.

There where three police cars blocking the three approaches to the accident. . In the middle of the road behind the police cars was a semi truck trailer or a long delivery van on it's side.

Never having seen such a thing in my neighborhood in 40 years, I went around the block to see it from the other side.

When I arrived at the other side, the truck was gone, and so also the three police cars.

It couldn't have taken more than 2 minutes to get to the other side.

Are these guys fast or has another person ventured into the.. twilight zone?????
