I need a little help with the paint codes for my van. I cannot locate the sticker. I have checked the drivers side batt. Box/under seat area, near the fuse panel and a number of other places with no luck.

My van is a two-tone 1984 Wolfsburg Camper, brown on the bottom and beige on top. I am certain that the lower (brown) section of the van is Merian Brown (LA8A), but I cannot find confirmation of the upper beige code. Searched archives and found this bit of info:

Year:1984 Model: Vanagon Model No:253A71 Color Code 485662

Under the manufacturers suggested retail price subsection it lists Merian Brown/Toscana Beige Paint with no codes

Any one know the code?

Thanks, Derek
