If they're soliciting your attention with their 'second chance', your best bet would be to respond with something along the lines of "Your misuse of the auction site's function has wasted enough of my time already. I'd be willing to offer $90 (Whatever your last non-shilled bid for the item was) but I'm not interested in doing business with you". If the seller is interested in selling it, you'll at least get it at a price good enough that it'll make up for whatever flaws the suspect seller didn't mention about the part.
