Hey all,

Just got my heads off and I tryed getting the sleeves
off they are stuck to the valve head side, I tryed a
little gentel prying, hitting with hammer, not good
usually resulting in cracked cylinder :), Gunk the
crap out of it.  Is there a trick to this ? ..
