This is what I had to do to get the van to restart sometimes . I went all
over the engine compartment and the rest of the van checking and trouble
shooting why In the heck wont the van restart hot and cold . So A friend of
mine said try connecting the two ends together  , WOW just bypassing it for
now has cured the problem . I know its not perfect but it always starts now
and runs okay.
