I see broken glass under the wing of the plane. The van is 100 yards away. Wheels on plane are chocked, but entire area is cordoned off, so the pictures were obviously taken well after the incident. If the plane was moving, it would have moved past the point of impact where the broken glass is scattered. I would say the van was moving and not the plane.

This should be obvious. The roof is STRONG. Forget James Bond; car roofs don't come off when the vehicle hits a low object!
