Anyone who has lots of time/skill dealing with same for several years will do. We all have many chisels and and hammers and grinders and whip them out with low time. I had some VW flange nuts today that 12mm was too big and 11 too small. 14"x5/8" chisel and 2 or 3 whacks with a 5 lb hammer per nut. 3 to 5 minutes.

But access to some of those nuts is very difficult if you don't have an "s" wrench that will fit the custom rusted size. You many have to remove both the muffler with the cat to get at that top bolt.

No matter who does it, make sure that all the brackets are installed. I have never found other than the dealer as a source. I still can get them. Not cheap, but absolutely essential if you don't want cracked pipes in short order.
