Subject: Persistant Noise From Fuel Pump

Howdy, I've been having a louder noise than normal emanating from my fuel pump. Replaced it and same noise. Replaced large round fuel filter and blew out the small square one and nothing has changed. What next? Drop the tank? Is there a screen or something in the tank that could be clogged? Jeff S. mentioned something about that one time. Whatcha think? TIA, Paul Rogers 85 WWW
