This got buried in another thread, so many of you may not have seen it yet,
so here is your last chance until the project is finished.

I am nearing completing of installing a Porsche 3.2 liter Carrera motor and
G50 transmission in my '87 GL. I have had a lot of requests for pictures,
and I'd love to share them. Unfortunately, I don't have a photo hosting site
set up yet. If you would like to see some of the pictures, send and e-mail
to me (not to the list) by noon on Thursday, July 10, 2003. I'd like to do
one mass mailing and be done with it. I hope to have the mailing completed
by Thursday night, or Friday night at the latest.

Let me know if you are interested in seeing the pictures. Due to the volume
of requests I have received, I can't answer too many specific questions at
this time. I do, however, intend to make more pictures and information
available once the project is complete.

If you have already requested pictures, there is no need to request again.
If you are going to flame me for spending so much time/effort/money on this
project, save yourself the time. This is my project, my time, my effort, and
my money. It is also my dream and my passion.

Finally, BenT has generously offered to host a few of my pictures on his
site. I don't know when they will be up, but don't bug him about it. Just
visit his site a few days from now and the pictures might be up by then.

To all of you that have dreams and passions, logical or illogical, Vanagon
related or not, I salute you. Your work will be its own reward.
