I just purchased a 1.5 Watt solar battery charger from Harbor Freight
Tools for $9.99 (sale price).  You can see info at:

They have a lot of other solar products along with some of the best
prices on tools and equipment I have found.  I've been very happy with
their products thus far.  No personal interest, just satisfied customer.

Well, I did have one, but some non-thinking person :) forgot the panel
when he installed the reflective panel inside the windshield one hot
sunny day. Needless to say, the panels no longer functions! So I am
wondering where I might find a replacement? Or two, one for each
battery?
