Subject: Vanagon Parts for Sale

I have a few leftover parts after converting my '85 to a 2.1. Must get them out of the ex-wife's garage quickly. All are from an '86 2.1 liter.

2.1 distributor $65 2.1 air intake plenum with tubes $25 2.1 air intake rubber elbow $20 2.1 throttle body $65 2.1 oil cooler $25 2.1 idle stabilizer valve $65 2.1 thermostat housing, complete with thermostat $10 2.1 exhaust pipe crossover pipes (both sides) and "Y" pipe $100 for all 3

I also have my old 1.9 liter engine. 285K miles, original heads, still running relatively strong in spite of low oil pressure and all the standard leaks. Should be good as a rebuildable core. $250.

I will ship anything except the engine from Newport, RI. Shipping not included in the above prices. I'm not interested in shipping the engine, but may be able to deliver it somewhere within reason.

If you don't like my prices, or want everything, make an offer.

John Philcox
