folks, posting this again as person who wanted it didnt send funds.
 this is a factory VW right REAR three point shoulderbelt for westys and all
passenger vans. this is the COMPLETE kit, bolts and all.  its a bolt in deal,
the threaded hole is already there in your D pillar under the vinyl.  no
drilling.  great for rear passenger safety or kids in car seats. first $80 takes
it.  and yes this will work in ALL vanagon westys or passenger vans regardless
of year.
