As far as I've been able to determine, the locking cap is not available. The replacement changes the type of filler to the newer style. I'm in preleminary negotiations with another manufacturer to produce the plastic cap, and I have a supplier for the lock. It's not going to be cheap, though, as that lock has gotten quite expensive, unless I buy in quantities of thousands, and probably no more than 100 annually can expect to be sold. As a business decision, I don't know that it will be practical. On my own Westy, I replaced the filler with the new style. That's your only alternative unless you can find a wreck or just get luck at a swap meet. I can make keys for them if needed.
