It on the left, on the wall, in front of the coil, before the hall chip. You can remove the cables and they join together. The are 3 conductor.

My '85 van dies, can't hold idle, worse with A/C on. Idle stabilizer came to mind.

Bentley tells how to check but fails to mention where it is. Anyone know?

I hate those people.
