Does anyone have exterior dimensions on a Vanagon pop top? I am thinking of using one on a home-built camping trailer in place of the extremely expensive roof top tents that are sold by such outfits as www.loftyshelters.com . I'd be equally interested in learning the dimensions of a Westy top from a late model bus, or an early 70's bus. I don't think that the '69 and earlier straight-up-pops would suit my purposes. Lastly, what was the date of change for the early 70's to late 70's pop tops? Seems like it was around '75, but I'd like to know for sure. Is there a significant difference in the cost of replacement canvas b/t the early bus, late bus and vanagon? Thanks for any help....
