Subject: automatic trannie removal, atf coolers

how would you recommend going about it without a hydraulic floor jack... what tools do you need... did you replace all the seals... rebuild it... mines going to need some work...

has anyone ever replaced their atf cooler with an aircooled one???

right now I don't have a functional atf cooler... just a u-shaped ac fitting (aluminum tubing) and power steering return lines (5/8" i think - bought at Tops in anaheim) where the coolant hoses used to be attached - the coolant system just feeds back into self with 90 degree joiner... theres a lot of pressure here at the trannie.. 90 lbs I think.. too much for fuel lines, which I used for a bit, they cracked...
