I had mine made at a local hydraulic hose supply shop (www.amazonhose.com) using the barrier type hose required for R-134a which is the standard A/C hose type now. I brought in the old hoses and they re-used whatever ends that they didn't stock. Total cost was $200.00 and that included 30 ft of 5/8" heater hose and all of the o-rings.
