I carry a bag of lego-like interlocking plastic blocks I got at Camping World. I put a stack of the right height in front of the low wheel(s) and drive up on it. Keeps both me and the fridge happy. I have one of those little round bullseye levels and after a while I've gotten pretty good at guessing how much of a shim to build by how far from center the bubble is.
