Subject: A/C not blowing cold
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

My family recently got back from two weeks in Hawaii where, among lots of other things, we saw lots of Vanagons. But now that I'm back, I want to take care of some problems with my 90 Multivan. The A/C is not blowing cold. It was converted to 134-a in Feb. 2002 so I think it might need more refrigerant. I have the refrigerant and a gauge but where do I hook up? It seems that the readily available connector at the top of the engine compartment is on the "high" side. Am I wrong? Where is the low side connector?

Also, if it's not refrigerant, what are the likely problem areas? The compressor doesn't seem to be coming on. What and where should I check? Thanks. I tried to search the archives with nil results.
