That's a very good demo. It is still hard to apply to the specifics of our "unique" vanagon ATs.

I did that per Bentley, but used a borrowed inch pound torque wrench that was on it's very lowest setting to do the final torque. I know they aren't as accurate at the far ends of their measurement range. That was the first thing I was going to try, to tighten the 2nd gear band.
