Hi folks, replaced all the Fuel tank gaskets and related lines today, after having a filler-neck problem for a while. I get it all back together, and go fill up-- and I've got a niagra falls of fuel coming off the top of the tank. On closer inspection, it seems to be the left side toward the front. I can just touch the gasket where the cross-tank pipe sits, it feels wet, and maybe not seated right. So my question- how can I address this with out draining the tank? is there any way? Don't really have the means to drain 16 gal, don't feel safe driving it off. - Matt Sutton 88 GL |
