I was pondering whether "local" non-interstate Interstates whose numbers are used elsewhere would qualify.

For example, I-495 is also the Capitol Beltway (around Washington DC). Different road, same number.

In this area (DC metro) we also have I-97 (complete in Maryland). I-270 (also in Maryland), I-66 (completely in Virginia). I-895 (Harbor Tunnel in Baltimore), I-295 (In DC) I-795 (Northwest Extension in Baltimore) and I_695 (Baltimore Beltway) I'm sure some of these numbers are used elsewhere.
