it's actually 3 digit beginning with odd #s (395, 795, etc) evens dead end into a city.

3 digit beginning with evens (215, 495, etc) loop around an urban area

Interstates that are odd run north/south. It's also interesting that they are, from west to east, 5-95. If someone is on Interstate 25, they aren't in the East (it's near the rockies).

The same characteristic is present on the even #ed Interstates, from 90-10 (north-south). I-20 has GOT to be in the south somewhere.
