That water is humidity from the air pasing over the coils. If your system is low on refrigerant you coil will often freeze and you'll have considerably more water. This is a normal situation, your evaporator should have a couple of drain lines. Probably one of the lines has slipped off or the apendage that it slips ove has cracked. Ever notice the water dripping from A/C units at redlights?
