       Requires magic !  Special wrenches, but will only work if the bolt is 
not rusted-seized-coroaded like about 99% of the ones I see here. Get the 
bottom two off and use a hack saw on a handle to cut through the top one - long 
process - may be shorter to remove the CAT.  Your call !  Good luck !
