There is not an easiest way. Off with the alternator, Off with the rear sheet metal, Off with the engine fan, Off with the fan shroud, this will allow you to remove the rear engine yoke and install the new mounts. It's a PITA and I'd say try to do all four if you're going to all this trouble. You'll still need to support the engine and drop the mustache bar but you can leave the muffler and heater boxes on. It's about a two hour job if you got all the right tools handy. Be aware of which way the threaded end of the bolts go ............... you might have to do this job again in a few years. I seldom got over 50K out of the outside slanted motor mounts.
