Howdy Gruppe,

FWIW I once encountered an 89 Ford E350 Diesel conversion van with stock 4X4. It had all the captains chairs and velour interior, etc. It was a special order. I tried to buy it but the guy would not let it go. Of course, the Econoline series are truck chassies to begin with so one can hang all the different drivelines/springs/transfer cases one can get from the factory at the time of ordering.
