Just for drill, go to this site and enter all the related information and see what you get. I entered what you listed below, for my zip, and got $13,555. That's Salt Lake City. Good luck. By the way, click on "Suggested Retail Value" to figure value, not trade in value. I'm guessing you'd get $12K easy if selling this in this region.
