Should I sue them if they try to get me to pay more? This is Brad's Foreign Car Repair in Encinitas, CA. The Trundler '82 Westy? ---------------- Clip ------------------- Don't jump the gun with threats and lawsuits. Give the shop a chance to make it right. I doubt that you've got the potential miles left in your engine that you had before the overheating. *So, I kept driving* .......... the damage isn't all their fault, you are partially responsible. Be pleasant about the situation as long as you can before you start flaming with threats. I'm hoping that this works out equitably for you.
