Someone is selling you Bosch parts rebuilt by others. The non-Bosch regulator is a dead giveaway. Did they come in a white generic box??? Bosch does not sell rebuilt anything, only remanufactured or new, always in the Bosch Corp packaging, and always including Bosch Corp diagnostic instructions. Oh, and lifetime warranty papers. The evidence you describe is proof they were not REMANUFACTURED by Bosch, but Bosch units monkeyed with by wannabees. You have been hosed by your parts seller.
