You misunderstand... I'm glad Apple is building iPods and other neat gadgets. Hopefully, they'll shut down their computer division due to disinterest and I won't have to keep trying to make mainstream software work on a niche computer. It'll make my life much, much easier when Macs go the way of Amiga, CPM, etc.

That's okay. Apple and Volkswagen can just keep churning out the cool products and the rest of the world can keep copying. Thank goodness there are companies like Apple and Volkswagen around to create new products, trends, and technology - then find neat ways to promote them.
