sounds like you did everything ok.
forget the fridge until you get the stove working- much easier.
turn the propane tank knob all the way open, but dont force it, i usually open it all the way, then back a tad. then go to the stove and turn a knob on all the way. you then should have gas comming out the burners, use a match to light (there are no pilots or anything). sometimes there is air in the system and it may take a few seconds to bleed, so give it some time. if you dont have gas at the stove, then you probably have a blockage somewhere, probably in the regulator at the tank. if you are careful, you can start "cracking" the lines down at the tank and see if gas comes out to find where the block is and quickly tighten back up and turn off gas if so. dont do this if you are uncomfortable with it.

>Hi everyone, I am heading to the 3 day Phish show in ME this afternoon, and well I was hoping someone can help me get my unit working. I installed the unit myself into the bus, and had the propane filled yesterday. All the wiring is correct, but it doesn't seem to want to work on propane. Including the stove.

>Last night after filling it, I tried to test turn everything on. First, I turned the knob on the propane tank a couple of turns. (How much should I be turning it??) I started with the stove, cause I figured it's a direct connection no problem right? Well I turn the knobs to the stove and nothing happened. I tried lighting the burners on top with the knobs turned, and nothing. I wasn't smelling propane out of them, but then I saw 2 holes, one right next to each burner knobs, I thought that these might be some sort of pilot and maybe the propane won't come out the burners until its lit or some safety thing like that, but the holes seemingly go nowhere.

First off I followed the directions to the T, but the metal plate with the directions on the fridge are different than what I actually have. It says that once you have everything switched to propane that there are 2 seperate buttons for the air pushing, and the lighting. But mine is all one button, it says to turn so the safety is off, then pull and push in like 5 times, and then click it in until it lights. Well you cannot pull out the button for the air flow if it is turned like it says, and I don't know what to do.
