Chris, are you saying that it only takes swapping one part???? What year Westy do you have? I drive an 88 GL and this would be a nice feature. Presently, at stock, my wipers have two speeds when "ON" and one cycle rate when on "INTERMITENT". Would be nice to change that intermitent rate. Also, have you any ideas about changing the two speeds to a multi-speed operation? That would be a nice change as well.
