Sure Ben I got mine up to 70 with the 1.6. With Careful planning an open schedule and a clear road and a bit of a tailwind I managed to do 0-60 in less then 2 days a couple times.
Was it a North American spec 1.6na? I was referring to a 1990 European spec 1.6td. I was going faster than that on the flats on the way home just as it was taken off the docks. The hills were as challenge. That's why it's getting a 1.9td or 1.9tdd swap. BenT |
