Heh, Was a D with no T 49 HP good mileage.

What kinda mileage are you getting with the TD. I wanted to go that way but couldn't find a donor motor I could afford.

Was it a North American spec 1.6na? I was referring to a 1990 European spec 1.6td. I was going faster than that on the flats on the way home just as it was taken off the docks. The hills were as challenge. That's why it's getting a 1.9td or 1.9tdd swap.
