Brian,

The Agilis is available in 185R14 only, I believe. That is equivalent to 185/83R14.

A much better tire is the Michelin LTX. My friend has them on her Syncro, which I have driven quite a bit. It gives great handling stiffness and resistance to side/headwinds. You can get the Michelin LTX in 195/75R14, which is almost the same as 205/70R14. If you get the 205 width, you really should have the alloy rims, as they are 1/2 inch wider than the steel rims.

I have the Michelin MXT in 205/70R14 on VW alloys, which is a great combination on my Syncro. However, they are no longer available.
