David, I might cut down on the number of different items that you offer. Fewer selections are much better.

I would probably stick with items that will help to promote the web site and mailing list. Adult shirts, hats, stickers, etc.

By limiting the number of things that are sold, you might actually get a better response.

This is why the fast food companies have 5 or 6 value meals. Fewer items to pick from. - Duane
