It is programable any speed that you set. Like I said not so eloquently, if
you switch it on then off for 2 seconds then on again it will intermit every 2
seconds and the same for 1 second or 3.5 sewconds or 8 seconds or 6.34543
seconds etc and so on.
as I am looking at my Bentley it looks as if it will work on any vanagon with
intermitent wipers. do it you will be pleased.
