As I have said before, Bosch does not do rebuilding. They are remanufactured compete to new specs, and called Bosch ReMan. If your local "rebuilder" is doing a thorough procedure including spin balancing and using OEM parts, then you are getting a valuable product. But among various and most mass rebuilders is a whole lot of junk based upon every compromise possible to correct procedures. And that goes for all rotating electric and carburetors and calipers and such.
