Hi there, Hate it when that happens. Here's what to do: Download SpyBot Search & Destroy http://spybot.safer-networking.de/ I know it sounds like a bad thing in and of itself, but this thing is amazing. Once you install it, make sure to run the update (under the "Online" menu I believe.) This will update the database of bad stuff so you get the most recent nasties. Now, this is not an anti-virus, and it doesn't sound like you have a virus, though you may. This app gets rid of Spyware. Spyware is nasty stuff that you can end up w/ unwittingly that is almost impossible to get rid of by hand (trust me, I spent > 4 hrs geekin out trying to get rid of a piece of Spyware before I knew about SpyBot S&D!) Anyway, one of the best things about SpyBot S&D is that it allows you to "Recover" anything that gets removed that you actually wanted. ZDNet and PCMagazine both did reviews of apps like this and this one was tops... Yes I have turned into a bit of an evangelist for it. Good luck! Clay
