The propane tank on my new to me 97 Adventure wagen looks really rusty. The tank is in good shape but I'd like to have it powder coated so I get less of a hard time at the places I go for fillings. Around me in Jersey they look the tanks over really good before filling them. Anyway I was wonder if others have done this and how big of a process it was. I know for the powder coating it will need to be heated up slightly is that a problem provided the gas is all out. Would the vales need to be removed. JFF |
