I've used a Hollywood bike rack that has straps that hook to the top of the hatch and to the bumper. It works great on all types of vehicles, cost ~$60, and can hold 3 bikes no problem. I'm interested in a fold-away, inexpensive (under $75.00) bike rack capable of carrying 3 bikes. I don't need anything expensive or incredibly well-made because it will be for occasional recreational use. We are not serious bikers. Up to now, have traveled with 2 bikes inside the Vanagon (90 Multivan) but 3 would be too crowded and we couldn't take the dogs. Anybody have any ideas? Debra Clark Santee, CA |
