Thank you so much for your input. I am beginning to wonder if there
isn't something that we can do on a Federal level. I have forwarded your
letter to me to the "Syncro List" to let others know how many of us out
here are affected by this man.
If we could just get the states that everyone is in that he has been
working in maybe that would help I don't know. I have never been
involved in any thing of the size.
It sounds like between fraud, owing monies and holding on to people's van
beyond time promised there should be something illegal and prosecutable
in there somewhere. It would definitely be worth seeing this man get
what is coming to him. It sounds like he is screwing over more than a
few people.
I know that most men are usually suspicious of mechanics so he must be
some smooth talker to get all these people to believe him and then to
keep them on a string for so long. I think the old term was "carpet
bagger".
Right now my main goal is just to get our son's Syncro back and to get
one problem in our lives solved. How Ken Morgan can sleep at night
knowing that he is keeping this Syncro from a widow and two children is
way beyond me. Another "List Member" says that Ken Morgan claims to be a
"Born Again Christian". This is not the act of a man who would follow
the steps of Christ. Last Monday, Ken Morgan was quoting the Bible to my
husband in the attempt to either appear that he was losing his mind or to
try to gain some type of sympathy. Make sure that a man's actions always
speak louder than his words.
I and all the people who are fighting for the return of their Syncros
appreciate any information that you have on Ken Morgan that can be used
in case we have to take this to the courts.
